• Items Eligible for Return or Exchange:

    • Items must be in unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
    • Engraved, personalised, or customised jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
    • No exchange provided for wrong size, so please check before purchasing! There's an additional charge of $8 for restringing to the correct size.
  • Refunds and Exchanges:

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange: Drop us a DM regarding the issue you have with your order, and we will proceed with the following steps of delivery or exchange.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • Exchanges for a different item or size will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Jewellery Care and Warranty:

    Our jewellery is crafted with care and comes with a 6 months warranty upon purchase. Please follow our jewellery care instructions to maintain the beauty and integrity of your pieces.

  • Final Sale Items:

    Clearance, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery or collection, subject to the following terms:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Items must not be a sale item, that has been notified of defects.
    • If the new exchange item costs more, buyer will have to top-up the additional costs. If it costs less, we will refund accordingly.
    • Buyer must bear cost to send the item back to us, or drop off at our office.
    • Delivery charges still incur for the new item to be sent to you.
